CASA Philadelphia started in 2005 with twelve 11v11 teams and was founded to provide a place to play for individuals of all backgrounds and skill levels. From the beginning, CASA has been focused on providing an inclusive opportunity to play at the right level of competition based on sporting merit with promotion and relegation being a key component of the league. 

It has grown from that humble beginning to now offer seven 11v11 divisions, as well as a multitude of 7v7 and 5v5 divisions for all adult players regardless of background, gender identity, or skill level.

CASA Select is an elite amateur division offering high-level play in the Philadelphia area. Operating under FIFA rules, it is a U.S. soccer-affiliated division connected to the larger national pyramid. The top division, Liga 1, has the potential to promote out of CASA and into the EPSL - NISA NATION NORTHEAST, which in turn promotes into NISA - US SOCCER 3rd Division Professional League. Matches for this division are played on Sundays at various locations around Philadelphia, providing a competitive platform for ambitious players.

We have the largest adult amateur league for 11v11 play in the Philadelphia area, featuring a pyramid of seven divisions and over 80 teams. While all divisions are open with no gender restrictions, the Open divisions are primarily composed of male-matching players. Whether you're an ex-professional, a collegiate player, or new to the sport, there's a spot for you in our league! All divisions are interconnected with a promotion and relegation system, ensuring competitive balance, and matches are held on Saturdays.

Our open 7v7 divisions play at various locations around Philadelphia on different days of the week. Each division offers multiple levels of play with a promotion and relegation system, ensuring a place for everyone, whether you're a skilled player or new to the game. 

The Open divisions have no gender restrictions and are open to all regardless of how you identify.  NOTE: Open divisions are primarily male-matching players.

Our women's divisions are open to all female-matching players and all non-binary players who feel most comfortable playing primarily with women. These divisions provide a welcoming and supportive environment for players to enjoy the game.

These are our Coed leagues! Open to all, they include specific rules on the maximum number of male-matching players allowed on the field at a time, ensuring a balanced and inclusive playing experience for everyone.

The Over-30, 40, and 50 divisions have no gender restrictions unless otherwise stated and are open to all regardless of how you identify. Please note that the Open divisions are primarily composed of male-matching players. All participants must meet the minimum age requirement for their respective division.

We are happy to be able to offer a variety of 5v5 divisions for Open, Women's Inclusive, and Over-30+ divisions! These include some leagues with goalies, and some without, as well as our futsal divisions. Don't like all the running that comes from the big field or want to work on your ball control in tight spaces? Then these are the leagues for you!

We mostly run 5v5 divisions in the Winter, however some are open year-round.

CASA organizes a diverse array of tournaments throughout the year, catering to different team sizes including 11v11, 7v7, and 5v5 formats. Among these, the League Cup for 11v11 teams stands out, running during the Spring and Fall seasons in the style of the FA Cup. In addition, CASA hosts exciting 7v7 tournaments such as the Icarus Cup, which attracts 80 teams from across the country to Philadelphia in July for a festival of footy. And that's just the beginning—CASA offers many more opportunities for teams to compete and enjoy the beautiful game!

Whether you're a pro, or someone who hasn't touched the ball in decades, we welcome you to participate.

At CASA, we are more than just a soccer league, we are a soccer community. Throughout the year, in addition to the leagues we run, we host events like Footgolf, Union tailgates, pick-up games, soccer watch parties, and end-of-season get-togethers to keep the camaraderie alive.
