Format

• Maximum of 12 teams
• Round-Robin (up to 11 regular season matches) + Playoffs
• 11 v 11 soccer
• 90-minute games
• 2 referee system
• Match balls are to be provided by teams
• Referee fees per team, per match = $90 Cash, Venmo, Paypal, Cash App (not included in registration fee)
• Games on Saturdays between 8:00 AM and 6:30 PM
• The top 5 teams qualify for the Kelly Cup City Championship
• The bottom two teams [11th & 12th place] are relegated down one division to Segunda (2nd)
• Final promotion / relegation spots will be confirmed within (1) week of the start date
   

Fee Schedule

• Returning teams:
  • $1709 team signup (early bird for returning teams)
  • $1759 team signup (general for returning teams)
  • $1859 team signup (late for returning teams)
• ​​​​​​New teams:
  • $1809 team sign up (early bird for new teams)
  • $1859 team sign up (general for new teams)
  • $1909 team sign up (late for new teams)
• $90 match official fee per match paid by the captain (not included in registration fee) - this is paid each match!
• $150 free agent signup
• To match the fees listed above, returning teams will receive a combined discount code from their commissioner to remove the $100 one-time team bond as well as the early bird discount (depending on when they register). All new teams must pay the $100 one-time team bond during registration but are eligible for early bird discount via the code listed below.
• All discount codes must be used during registration check process or will not be factored in!

Important Dates / Deadlines

• Early bird registration deadline: Monday, February 5th 
• Team general registration deadline: Monday, February 19th  - returning team discount code usage also expires on this date! Code is not able to be used after 2/19
• Playoffs Start: Saturday, June 8th
• Use code 24SPPHLEARLYNEW11 to receive the early bird rate (NEW TEAMS ONLY). Returning teams please contact your commissioner for your discount code

Fields 

• Casa Soccer League's Primera (1st) division will play matches on turf fields in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties.
• Primary field locations include:
  • Bartram Field
  • Holy Family University
  • NE High School
• Secondary field locations (we may have games here this season) include:
  • South Philadelphia Supersite
  • Temple University Sports Complex (Turf)
  • Vidas Field Complex
