DETAILS

Ready for the Icarus Cup? CASA Soccer partners with Icarus FC to bring you the best indie 7v7 tournament in the country! We focus on offering a fun, positive, inclusive summer experience, with quality soccer for everyone.

Tournament schedule:

  • Friday, July 12 from 6-9 pm: Join us at Craft Hall to receive your jersey & meet the other teams! Come and eye up the competition, let the smack talk begin.
  • Saturday, July 13 from 8 am - 12 pm: Group stages, each team plays 3 group stage matches at various satellite sites within 20 minutes of Drexel.
  • Saturday, July 13 from 1 -8 pm: Knockout stages for all divisions. After the winners of each group are promoted and last placed relegated, new knockout brackets are formed. Knocked out earlier than expected? Don't worry, the tournament will have a beer garden, food vendors, live music, and games / activities so you can still enjoy the summer evening in the soccer ambiance.
  • Saturday, July 13 from 9 pm - 12 am: Join us for the tournament's premier event - the party! When else will drinking straight from the trophy taste so good?
  • Sunday, July 14 from 10:30 am - 2 pm: Skills Competition
  • Sunday, July 14 at 3 pm: Euro 2024 Final Watch Party at Carbon Copy Brewing

How are we different than other tournaments? We're BY PLAYERS, FOR PLAYERS, and our focus is on the little things. Food, music, good vibes, as well as custom Icarus kits for every team! The kits are yours to keep afterward and are included with the price of registration. We're looking for volunteers to help us with a successful tournament:

In order for the tournament to run smoothly, we rely on the help of Volunteers from the community. Maybe you're nursing an injury and can't play this year? Or you're feeling like a weekend off the pitch, but still want to be part of the action? You may even be playing and want to see what the behind the scenes in like! We offer a variety of different roles to suit what you're looking for. All volunteers will get a tournament jersey and free lunch.
