ENGLISH:

CASA Select is an elite amateur division providing an opportunity for high-level play in the Philadelphia area. Running under FIFA rules it is a U.S. soccer-affiliated division connected to the pyramid, and the top division, Liga 1 will promote out of CASA and into the EPSL - NISA NATION NORTHEAST. The division plays on Sundays on locations around Philadelphia.

Format

• Maximum of 12 teams
• 3 referee system, USSF certified
• Matches on Sundays between 11:00 am and 4:00 pm
• Promotion playoffs in June.
• Up to 10 matches each in spring & fall. This is a fall-spring continuous season.
• PROMOTION/RELEGATION: The first-place team will be offered a promotion spot to EPSL Delaware River Conference - NISA NATION NORTHEAST and qualify for the Kelly Cup. 2nd and 3rd place teams participate in promotion playoffs with the winner earning a promotion to EPSL Delaware River Conference - NISA NATION NORTHEAST .
• All teams are eligible for State, Regional, and National Cups including local qualifiers for the Lamar Hunt US Open Cup.        
• EPSL Delaware River Conference - NISA NATION NORTHEAST in turn promotes to NISA - US SOCCER 3rd Division Professional League

Fee Schedule

• Returning teams (this amount needs be paid in both fall & spring seasons):
  • $1999 team signup (early bird for returning teams)
  • $2049 team signup (general for returning teams)
  • $2099 team signup (late for returning teams)
  • Includes all Turf field rentals for home games 
• New teams:
  • $2049 team sign up (early bird for new teams)
  • $2099 team sign up (general for new teams)
  • $2149 team sign up (late for new teams)
  • Includes all Turf field rentals for home games 
• $120 match official fee per match paid by the captain/coach (not included in registration fee) - this is paid each match!
• Up to $12,000 prize purse to be distributed in June 2024.
  • The total prize purse is dependent on the number of teams in Liga 1 division. E.g. 10 teams = $10,000 prize pool, 12 teams = $12,000 prize pool.
• $150 free agent signup
• To match the fees listed above, returning teams will receive a combined discount code from their commissioner to remove the $100 one-time team bond as well as the early bird discount (depending on when they register). All new teams must pay the $100 one-time team bond during registration but are eligible for early bird discount via the code listed below.
• All discount codes must be used during registration check process or will not be factored in!

Important Dates / Deadlines:

• Early bird registration deadline: Monday, February 5th 
  • Use code 24SPPHLEARLYNEW11 to receive the early bird rate (NEW TEAMS ONLY). Returning teams please contact your commissioner for your discount code
• Team general registration deadline: Monday, February 19th  - returning team discount code usage also expires on this date! Code is not able to be used after 2/19
• Match Week 1: Sunday, March 10th, 2024

Formato
