Telle Bouche FC were motivated and had a chip on their shoulder coming into their match against FC BTC, having just lost 3-0 a few days ago to Heather's Hooligans, a match they played with less than 11 players on the field, Telle Bouche FC had the mind made up, they were taking all 3 points today. It was that mindset that led to an early lead, attacking their opponent the moment the match official blew his whistle, they marched down the heart of the defense and put their first of 4 goals past the keeper in just the 2nd minute. FC BTC would fall behind 2-0 before the half hour mark but pulled one back to end the half on a positive note.
Both teams would trade goals just minutes apart to bring the score to 3-2 with FC BTC pressing higher up the pitch and Telle Bouche finding their aggressiveness was leaving too much space in the wide areas for their opponents, changing their formation slightly, Telle Bouche were able to control the ball more, this increased possession would eventually break down their opponent's backline allowing #22 Phy to move the ball at will, picking out #13 Miller in the box for their 4th goal.
Telle Bouche will need to keep winning if they look to jockey their way into playoff position and will have a tough task ahead of them next week against TBC FC and FC BTC will use their upcoming games to try and figure out what went so wrong this season, with their next opponent being last place Guardians FC, they could move themselves further away from the relegation zone but will need to win out and hope for some poor results from Rapid FC, who have a game in hand and could send FC BTC down to Septima if they win out.
