Still Processing FC were hoping to get a winning streak going heading into the meeting with Sunday Georgie but were held scoreless for the 2nd time this season. Sunday Georgie have been dominating their opponents but failed to get any real chances until just before the end of the first half with Lago finding the opener in the 39th minute for the division leaders.
The 2nd half would start off much better for both teams as they traded chances and impressive counter-attacking. Sunday Georgie however would capitalize on their best chance of the 2nd half with a beauty of a goal from Baxevane-Connell in the 53rd minute to put his team up 2-0. Still Processing FC tried to find space but were cut down each time by the unrelenting press of Sunday Georgie, when you are given mere seconds on the ball, you are bound to make some mental mistakes. These mistakes led to little to no offensive possession for Still Processing and when they possessed the ball, they were unable to move the ball out of the own half unless they sent long balls over the top that would normally fall harmlessly into the area just to be picked up or cleared by the impressive back line of Sunday Georgie, a backline that has yet to concede a goal so far this season.
