CASA Soccer and the Eastern Premier Soccer League are partnering to put on an Under-23 league in 2024. The league is designed to provide both collegiate and homegrown players an opportunity to play competitively over the summer, running from mid-May through mid-July.

Each team will play 8 matches on weeknights (4 home & 4 away) in a round robin format. U-23 division & referees will be affiliated with the respective state association in order for teams to be eligible for the U-23 Regional Tournament on June 15. Match Dates / Times / Format:

• Round-Robin (up to 8 regular season matches)
• 11 v 11 soccer
• 90-minute games
• 3 referee system
• Referee fees per team, per match = $120 Cash, Venmo, Paypal, Cash App (not included in registration fee)
• Match days / times are up to the home club & can be held in the following windows:
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday kickoffs between 7 & 8:30 pm
• Proposed match dates/ times subject to league review before schedule finalization
• Match weeks: 
  • May 14-16, May 21-23, May 28-30, June 4-6, June 11-13, June 18-20, June 25-27, July 9-11, July 16-18

Fee Schedule:

• For teams that have their own home field (includes additional of one-time $100 bond for new teams):  
  • $749 team sign up (super early bird)
  • $799 team sign up (early bird)
  • $849 team sign up (general)
  • $899 team sign up (late)
• Fee schedules above include admin & player insurance for up to 25 players per team.
  • Any team that adds 26+ players will pay an additional $15 per player above 25 registered.
  • Fee schedule above includes a one-time $100 bond for new teams. Returning teams will be able to waive the bond in future seasons provided they are in good standing with the league.
  • Field & referee costs are not included in the above fee schedule.
• For teams without a designated home field - contact CASA / Nolan Bair for assistance!
• $120 match official fee per match paid by the captain  / coach directly to match officials (not included in registration fee) - this is paid each match by both home & away teams!
• Free agent signup available
• Any discount codes must be used during registration check process or will not be factored in!

Important Dates / Deadlines:

• Super early bird registration deadline: Thursday, March 21st
• Early bird registration deadline: Thursday, April 18th
• Team general registration deadline: Thursday, May 2nd
• Matchweek 1: May 14-16
