Another dominating performance by Kicking Bricks FC who have turned it around significantly since their 3 game losing streak ended with last weeks 5-3 victory over 2nd place Sporting Serotonin and with today's results, they put up a touchdown against 3rd place Strikers-Inter, leapfrogging from 6th up to 4th place with their back to back wins. Nick Marella started the game off with a nifty goal in the 5th minute, leaving his defender on the ground, Nick dribbled his way to a 1v1 with the keeper and pulled off a rabona to put KBFC ahead early. Strikers would concede another quick goal just moments later and KBFC would follow up with 2 more goals to end the half 4-0.

There was little to no fight from Strikers-Inter, they appeared to be disassociated from the game at times, several times they were the victims of ball-watching instead of man marking, allowing KBFC to move the ball freely throughout the midfield and gaps on the wings. Nick Marella would follow up a goal from #8 Nava at the hour mark to secure his first hat trick of the season in the 61st minute to cap off a great performance. With the game well out of reach, Strikers sat back on defense to help stop the bleeding, this may have worked or KBFC may have just felt like a 6-0 scoreline was sufficient and felt no need to pursue a 7th goal and ran out the clock.

With playoff seeding on the line the next 2 weeks, KBFC will have to contend with a scrappy SoB team that is only out to ruining teams playoff chances and Strikers-inter will have their hands full against a streaking Sanko team who are unbeaten since week 3 and looking to win and win big in their final 2 games of the season.
