Kicking Bricks FC have made a name for themselves so far this season, after a disappointing 1-0 loss to current division leaders, Strikers-Inter, in week 2, KBFC wanted to rebound and get back to their high pressing, smothering type of play that makes them stand out. With the ability to know where the ball will be played and finding all the open space behind the defense, Marella was able to make off the ball runs that would put him in prime position to score not 1, not 2, but 3 goals for KBFC.

Marella would get his final goal shortly after the start of the 2nd half after a beauty of a through ball was sent into the box for him to strike first time to push his team's lead to 4-0 with plenty of time left to add to that lead. S.O.B would pull their midfield in hoping to cut off the passing lanes that were left wide open all game, this adjustment seemed to be just enough to stymie their opponent's offense and prevent them from conceding a 5th goal.
