The following rules serve as the highest level of precedence for the 11v11, small-sided, and futsal leagues & tournaments run by CASA Soccer in Philadelphia, South Jersey, & Boston.
Schedule / Reschedule Request Forms
Prior to Regular Season Schedule Release, the schedule request form will be available with a specific date deadline(s). After that specified date, all schedule requests will become reschedule requests and the available link will turn into a reschedule request form,
Gameday Disputes Forms
Complete this form within 24 hours of the final whistle of the game. Any forms submitted after 24 hours will not be considered and the referee's decision or result of the match will stand.
Safe Space Form
This form is used to provide CASA members a safe space to file a complaint about any CASA-related incident *outside* of game-day disputes. The information you provide will only be seen by our Dispute Committee. We take these matters very seriously. (This submission is completely anonymous unless you fill out the entire form)
